Welcome to scribe-ez.app (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least minimum age, e.g., 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the App.
- Upload harmful or malicious content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirec, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and all US 52 States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Other Limitations
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.
- We may send you email and other communications related to Scribe-ez/app and your membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your scribe-ez account).
- You may not transfer or assign your Scribe-ez membership or any Scribe-ez benefits, including promotion codes for memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.
- Members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Prime benefits.
- From time to time, Scribe-ez may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove your individual membership benefits for any violations of this agreement and terms.
Fees and Renewal
The membership fee for Scribe-ez is stated in the Membership page of scribe-ez “Buy Membership Now” page. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. The membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced processing charges.
If you sign up for your Scribe-ez.app membership through us and are billed by us, then the billing terms described below will apply to your membership.
If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR SCRIBE-EZ/APP MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
If you signed up for your Scribe-ez membership through a third party and are not billed directly by us, then the billing terms provided by the third party will apply to your membership.
